U.S. Domestic Shipping
Items ship via USPS Priority Mail from Safety Harbor, Florida. I take great care to pack your jewelry to ensure its safe arrival. Your piece(s) will arrive packaged in Milk Velvet Pearls’ signature, satin ribbon tied gift box within a sturdy USPS Priority mail shipping box. To reduce waste and shipping costs, multiple items will be packaged together. If you'd like separate boxes for each item, or have other special shipping requests, please let me know. I am happy to provide a handwritten gift message, and/or gift bag upon request.
United States: Orders over $100 are insured for free.
The USPS Priority Mail tracking number is sent upon shipment. Please note, that during times of inclement weather, or high holiday shipping volume, the post office may experience delays.
Expedited shipping methods are available for additional fees.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Transit time is generally 7-14 days, but cannot be guaranteed
Production time will vary depending on the item. I keep many materials in stock, and can ship most pieces within within 5-7 business days. Specialty and/or custom items could take 1-3 weeks. You will be informed within 48 hours if the materials are not in stock and need to be ordered. I will also keep you updated of the status of your order, and if you are in a rush - I can suggest substitutions or cancel your order if need be.
Processing and delivery times do not include federal or Christian holidays, or Saturdays and Sundays. Not all items are available for rush delivery, but many are. Please contact me prior to placing your order, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a return or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. I will issue a full refund or exchange (minus shipping fees) providing that the item arrives back to me within 30 days undamaged, unworn, and in sellable condition.
Returns sent without a return authorization will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
Returns not accepted on custom items.
To obtain a return authorization, please fill out the contact form on this site requesting your return/exchange. Once I receive your request I will get back to you with further information.
If your item is damaged during shipment, save the item, the box and all packing material. Please notify me and I will place a claim with USPS. You may have to allow a USPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. I will replace the product at the carrier's expense.
